We are recruiting for individuals who show good leadership capability and an excellent eye for detail and good co-ordination of labour skills in Melbourne. Working as part of the Quayclean team this role is responsible for supporting Quayclean’s contract and events. This involves administering contract employees, managing the quality and cost effective delivery of contracted services to clients while maintaining excellent relationships, solving problems and ensuring timely delivery of deadlines and optimizing the profitability of the contract. A primary component of this role is the delivery of monthly contract reporting back to the business.

The Contract Administrator is also responsible for:

  • developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, and services
  • dispute and issue resolution
  • administrate, organise and update paperwork related to contracts and programs
  • meeting regularly with employees, clients and stakeholders involved in the daily operation of the contract
  • responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
  • advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation’s activities
  • overseeing work and reporting on variations to work orders
  • collecting and analysing data associated with contracts undertaken, and reporting on outcomes

The ideal candidate should be an Australian Permanent Resident, have full work rights or an Australian Citizen and should hold a Diploma along with 02 years of Full time Experience as a Contract Administrator.
