Mark Piwkowski
Chief Executive Officer

Mark has lead the Quay team over the past 5 years and built a first class group by building culture ,talent and a passion to serve. With over 30 years experience in service related industries including Facility Management and multi-trade services, Mark has held positions as CEO of Progammed’s Property Services business, senior roles in retail management and international services in the UK and NZ. His key strength is focused on building businesses through highly engaged talented staff,  singly focused on objectives, outcomes, a winning culture and having fun.  A student of Harvard Universities AMP programme, Mark is also a graduate of Kuring-Gai College and Macquarie University.

Loui Petrevski
Director

Loui has over 15 years’ experience in his role as a Director of Quayclean, growing the company from a small operation in 2002, to the large national corporation that it is today. Loui has been instrumental in the development of Quayclean’s integrated management system and in obtaining certification for our quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems. Loui leads our compliance management nationally is passionate about the implementation and commitment to our safety & risk management philosophy and supports all new customer mobilisations. Loui holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Sash Petrevski
Director

Sash has over 15 years experience as a Director of Quayclean. Sash has been directly responsible and at the forefront of the growth of the company from a small operation, to the large national operation that it is today. Sash is passionate about customer service, and is intimately involved in developing long term relationships with our customer base. He possesses a strong business leadership record as director and has a deep understanding of customer needs and the business landscape nationally. Sash holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Leadership Certificate and an Environmental Sustainability Certificate (Waste Wise).

Tira Jones
Chief Financial Officer

Tira has over 20 years experience in the finance industry in Australia, the UK, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Quayclean Tira was Finance Manager at A E Smith & Son Pty Ltd for over 9 years, a mechanical services and construction company, where Tira was providing commercial support and led a number of system implementations and business improvement initiatives. Tira is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Business (Management).

Katrina Monaghan
General Manager, Marketing & Communications

Katrina joined the Quayclean team in 2013 and is focused on further strengthening the Quayclean brand, finetuning our marketing & business development strategy and developing tenders & submissions that will “knock your socks off”! Katrina previously held senior marketing positions with Programmed Property Services and Toxfree Solution and has worked in the services marketing arena for over 15 years.  She holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Marketing from Monash University.

Danny Shafar
General Manager Business Development

Danny has over 35 years of experience in the property services and construction industries. Over a career of some 27 years with Programmed Group, Danny has held senior executive roles in managing property services contracts through a trade based workforce and leadership roles in sales, marketing, business strategy, compliance and risk. Danny holds a Bachelor of Building and Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and is a Registered Commercial Builder in Victoria.

Violeta Petrevski
Human Resouces Manager

Violeta has been instrumental in the cultural development and people management at Quayclean, having been involved with the team for close to 10 years. Violeta’s passion for our people is second to none and she is widely respected throughout the business, providing a great support base for our people.

Tom Mills
State Manager

Tom holds 12 years cleaning and venue services experience. Major roles have included venue & event manager positions at Etihad Stadium, London Olympic Games 2012 (Olympic Stadium and Ceremonies), Melbourne Racing Club, Australian F1 Grand Prix, Flemington Spring Racing Carnival and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Tom currently leads our Queensland operations and has been instrumental in the growth of this business, leading the award and mobilisation of key contracts including the Games, The Gabba and private educational facilities.  Tom’s qualifications include Advance Diploma in Hospitality Management, Certificate IV in Frontline Management & HLTFA311A Apply First Aid.

Ashley Bulter
General Manager WA/SA/NT

Ash joins Quayclean with in excess of 20 years experience holding numerous senior management positions across a variety of industry sectors including property & integrated services, mining & resources, oil & gas, education & health care. With a passion for business development, customer service & developing high performing teams, Ash has a track record of success delivering mutually beneficial outcomes across all of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business qualification in Marketing & is a graduate from both Mount Eliza & Melbourne Business Schools’.

Gino Di Cola
Operations Mananger

Gino joined the Quayclean team in 2015 to support the mobilisation and ongoing delivery of services to St Joseph’s Hunters Hill. In this time Gino has also mobilised new contracts with Roseville College, Sydney Grammar, St Vincent’s College and SCEGGS Darlinghurst. At St Joseph’s, Gino was responsible for a team of 27, 1300 students including 650 boarders, with a focus on delivering value whilst ensuring appropriate optimisation of labour. Gino previously worked within the remote services team at the University of Sydney and holds Certificates 3 & 4 in Cleaning Services & Frontline Management. Gino holds 25 years of industry experience.
