Danny has over 30 years industry experience. Previously EGM Marketing & Business Development for Programmed Group spanning a career in property services and construction. Danny has had broad experience in managing a blue collar workforce, leadership roles in sales, marketing, strategy, compliance and risk. Danny holds a Bachelor of Building, Master of Business Administration, University of Melbourne, and is a Registered Commercial Builder.

Violeta has been instrumental in the cultural development and people management at Quayclean, having been involved with the team for close to 10 years. Violeta’s passion for our people is second to none and she is widely respected throughout the business, providing a great support base for our people. Violeta holds a Bachelor of Business. Outside the office, along with her husband Sash, she spends many hours supporting her boys in their numerous endeavours but also tries to squeeze in time to herself for swimming, cycling and soccer.

Katrina joined the Quayclean team in 2013 to support the growth of the marketing & business development structure within the business. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Marketing from Monash University and has worked in the services marketing arena for 15 years. She is process driven and is excited about the opportunity to further enhance Quayclean’s market exposure. During their downtime, Katrina and her husband Marty spend their time chasing after their 2 children, ages 3 ½ years and 18 months.

Tira has almost 20 years experience in the finance industry in Australia, the UK, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Quayclean Tira was Finance Manager at A E Smith & Son Pty Ltd for over 9 years, a mechanical services and construction company, where Tira was providing commercial support and led a number of system implementations and business improvement initiatives. Tira is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Bachelor of Business (Management).

Sash has over 10 years experience as a Director of Quayclean. Sash has been directly responsible and at the forefront of the growth of the company from a small operation, to the large national operation that it is today. Sash is passionate about customer service, and is intimately involved in developing long term relationships with our customer base. Sash holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Leadership Certificate and an Environmental Sustainability Certificate (Waste Wise). Sash is father to 7 and 10 year old boys who are passionate about swimming and horses, and together with his wife Violeta, they spend many hours supporting the boys in their swimming competitions – often at our customer’s venues!

Loui has over 10 years’ experience in his role as a Director of Quayclean, growing the company from a small operation in 2000, to the large national corporation that it is today. Loui manages our New South Wales and Queensland customer base and is passionate about the implementation and commitment to our safety and risk management philosophy and new customer mobilisations. Loui holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Mark has over 25 years’ experience in service related industries, including previously holding the position of CEO of Progammed’s Property Services business. His key strength is in building teams and developing businesses in facility services across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Over the past 18 months with Quayclean, Mark has been focused on building the talent and culture within the organisation whilst driving a safety and operational focus and strategy for growth. A student of Harvard University AMP programme, Mark is also a graduate of Kuring-Gai and Macquarie University. Mark is father to an energetic 6 year old, and with wife Renata, their down-time includes snow skiing, dancing and surfing!
