About the Role:

Quayclean is currently recruiting for a Female Site Cleaning Supervisor at prestigious Ladies College in North Sydney.

This is a hands-on role, running and managing the cleaning requirements and operations onsite.

An eye for detail and genuine commitment to exceeding our client’s expectations will be critical.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading a small team of cleaners with the goal of outstanding service delivery
• Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do the job
  Liaise with the client staff and be the face of Quayclean
• Liaise with the client staff and be the face of Quayclean
• Managing the daily roster
• Assist the service and delivery and training of cleaning services such as pressure washing and carpet cleaning
• Quality control, including regular auditing and reporting
• Monitoring and managing consumables, equipment and supplies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Cleaning experience in a commercial environment
• Experience in managing or supporting a team
• Great communication and client relationship-building skills
• Must have good English and excellent communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• A Working With Children Check for employed work
• A Police Check
